WHAT: Southern California's only six-person Scenic View Chairlift Ride allows a family or group to enjoy the ride together as they travel 4,636 feet, well over 3/4 of a mile, enjoying breathtaking views, spying the 10,649 foot San Bernardino Peak and possibly bald eagles, peregrine falcons or bighorn sheep amidst mixed conifer forests, pinyon juniper stands, oak woodlands and chaparral that cover the steep, rugged terrain of the San Bernardino National Forest.
The lift-served, downhill mountain biking chairs carry four mountain-bike riders per chair, the most in Southern California. The downhill mountain biking is for intermediate and advanced riders of all ages. The cross-country mountain biking is for beginners and intermediate riders. And there also is a dual-slalom track with a jump line. The mountain biking lift ticket includes full access to Snow Valley's neighbor, Rim Nordic Bike Park, which offers approximately 13 miles of single track fire road riding with varying degrees of difficulty from Beginner to Advanced.
