1. Placerita Canyon Nature Center Open house
Come visit the Placerita Nature Center and learn about their programs! Enjoy family hikes, crafts & games, animal presentations, displays by Local Nature Clubs & Organizations, and much more! Saturday, May 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
2. Hit the Trail Community Bike Ride
Come ride the self-paced routes and say hello at the Bridgeport tent to learn more about cycling in Santa Clarita. This event is welcome to all, from beginner to advanced riders, to choose from three routes all varying in length to enjoy the outdoors.

3. Día de los Niños @ Canyon Country Community Center
Annual event which will feature performers, crafts, outdoor activities, free books for children and teens and snacks. Special guest this year will be Mirelle Ortega, 2023 Pura Belpré Youth Illustration Honor for her book Magic: Once Upon a Faraway Land.

4. Sunday Storytime @The Open Book
Join us at The Open Book Bookstore for a themed read-aloud and craft. Each week is a different theme! For children between the ages of 3-10. The reading begins at 3:30, so be sure to come a few minutes early to get a good seat!

The Santa Clarita Certified Farmers Market to get your local, fresh produce and locally made food from over 40 California farmers. Seating for patrons available to enjoy a leisurely Sunday breakfast prepared onsite from one of the Market’s several food vendors or try some of our wonderful artisan bakery products.
